Overview
At PixelPulse Creations Inc., we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and high-quality digital products. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Given the nature of our digital services, our policy on refunds is as follows.
Digital Services
For all our services, including but not limited to AI Web Design, branding, and content creation, payments are made in milestones.
- Initial Deposit: The initial deposit paid to begin a project is non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot in our project queue and covers the costs of initial consultation, discovery, and project setup.
- Milestone Payments: Payments for project milestones are due upon completion and approval of that milestone. Once a milestone is approved and payment is made, that payment is non-refundable. We work closely with our clients to ensure satisfaction at each stage before moving forward.
- Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your project, you will not be billed for any future milestones. However, any payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. You will retain ownership of all work that has been paid for.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the work at any milestone, we will work with you to make revisions until you are happy. However, this does not entitle the client to a refund of payments already made for completed work.
Exceptions
In the rare event that PixelPulse Creations Inc. is unable to complete a project as outlined in the project agreement, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. This will be at the sole discretion of PixelPulse Creations Inc. management.
